Nicole Tegeler is our head coach and mother of two with over 20 years experience in the development of fitness programs, sports performance, weight loss, and post-rehabilitation. These programs have helped countless kids, moms and athletes achieve their highest level of performance, fitness and weight loss goals.

Nicole holds a graduate degree in Exercise Physiology and is active in the International Youth Conditioning Association, National Strength & Conditioning Association and American College Sports Medicine. She holds certifications in Personal Training, HFI-ACSM, CSCS-NSCA, Flexibility Training, Reactive Neuromuscular Training, and IYCA-Youth Fitness Specialist.


The Mighty Ninja Summer Camp Program is presented by one of the area's leading Youth Fitness Expert, Nicole TegEler, MS. Our cutting-edge fitness training camp will provide your kids with the latest scientifically designed conditioning programs.

The training sessions will incorporate the key components for the ultimate fit kid and prepare them for our Mighty Ninja Youth Obstacle Events and other sports.

Key trainging components include: balance, core, speed, strength, cardiovascular, endurance, injury prevention and flexibility. Youth fitness and healthy nutrition handouts will be sent home to parents.


Group Adventure Fitness Training for kids 13 and under. Training includes key components for the ultimate fit kid: balance, core, & strength training; cardiovascular fitness; movement skill training; injury prevention; & flexibility. Fitness & Nutrition Education Handouts will be sent home to parents. Our cutting- edge Youth Fitness Training will provide your kids with the latest scientifically designed conditioning programs. This training has shown to help youth stay focused on their academics, make better social choices, improve overall health & fitness level, reach ideal weight, build self-confidence, and reach their full potential for life. Recommended training is 1-2x/week. Fees vary based on if every child participates or only those that wish to sign up for it, total head count, and how often. This is a mobile training program. Camp Gladiator is a four-week adult fitness boot camp that promises a motivating and challenging environment where men and women of all ages and fitness levels can push themselves. Campers should expect a total body workout. A typical session could include interval training, sprint and agility drills, stations, plyometrics, body weight strength drills, cardio mix, and much more. Camp Gladiator is designed to increase your functional strength, speed, stamina and, most importantly, to deliver results.
