Youth Ninja Training


What: Youth X-training

Frequencey: 1 or 2 days/week or month (tailored to your schedule)

Session Duration: 30-40 min sessions for each age group

Where: We train at your location

Includes: Fun Fitness Discovery Training includes key components for the ultimate fit kid: Key components include: balance, core, & strength training; cardiovascular fitness; movement skill training; injury prevention; & flexibility. Fitness & Nutrition Education Handouts will be sent home to parents.

Coaches: We will have 1-2 coaches on staff to provide optimal coach to kid ratio.

Benefits: Our cutting- edge Youth Fitness Training will provide your kids with the latest scientifically designed conditioning programs. This training has shown to help youth stay focused on their academics, make better social choices, improve overall health & fitness level, reach ideal weight, build self-confidence, and reach their full potential for life.

Fee: Varies based on if every child participates or only those that wish to sign up for training, total head count, and how often. We welcome your input so we can tailor this program to fit the needs and goals of your kids!
